RAHMÉE WETTERICH

1st Chairwoman and
Founding member

Biography

Rahmée, born in Cameroon, was much younger than her sister Marie when she arrived in Munich. After many successful years in the fashion industry, she opened an interior design studio near Nymphenburg Palace. When Marie invented the dirndl à l’Africaine, Rahmée set the course for the fashion label NOH NEE. Rahmée is convinced that the exciting, creative exchange of world cultures will and must play a much greater role in the future. As the chairwoman of the association, she is driving the development of the training centre from both Germany and Afrilka.

Project Coordinator

Petra kutschal

Finanzvorstand

Biography

After completing vocational training in the tax consulting profession and earning qualifications as a certified management accountant and controller (BVBC), she consistently expanded her expertise through a wide range of further training programs and studies—including certification as a restructuring manager.

With over 30 years of professional experience in corporate management and turnaround consulting, she now supports small and medium-sized enterprises in the areas of controlling, liquidity management, business start-ups, and crisis management. Since 2014, she has been running her sole proprietorship, Petra Kutschal Controlling & Consulting, complemented by CM Competence Finance UG.

In addition to her work as an independent consultant for various institutions (including RKW BW, BVMW, and the SME Association), she serves as a CFO in companies, where she is responsible for international projects in Africa and the Middle East—such as infrastructure development in Touba (Senegal) and educational initiatives based on the dual system.

Since January 2025, Petra Kutschal has also been serving as Chief Financial Officer of The Project Justine, an initiative focused on sustainable and socially driven transformation projects.

MARIE DAROUICHE

Honorary member

Biography

Born in Cameroon in 1952, Marie’s path led her to Europe and Munich.
With her love of African fabrics, it was a logical step for her to sew her first dirndl from a pagne almost 20 years ago. Initially on order, since 2010 together with her sister Rahmée under the label name NOH NEE. It was also a logical step for her to set up her own training centre for tailors in Africa with THE PROJECT JUSTINE. Marie is primarily concerned with the quality of education and travels to Benin several times a year for longer and shorter stays.
